We understand that planning a vacation can be exciting, yet daunting at the same time, and we want to make sure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed before you make a booking.

We’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions from our guests, along with detailed answers to help you make an informed decision about your stay with us. Whether you’re looking for information about our rental properties, the booking process, or the local area, we’re here to help.

Payment of a fully refundable security deposit, cleaning fee and first month’s rent is required to be paid at the time of booking as well as any pet fees or deposits. For stays less than 30 day, the entire payment is due at the time of booking

At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit to cover any damage to the property or added cleaning fees needed after checkout. If no additional charges are incurred, this will be returned to you after our cleaners have finished your post stay cleaning.

For stays less than 30 days, we require a 30 days notice to issue a full refund.
For multi-month stays, we understand that work contracts can end early and will issue a refund for any nights beyond the 30 day notice.

Yes, several of our properties will allow pets for an added security deposit and/or monthly pet fee. This is fully dependent on the property and type/quantity of pet(s), so please reach out on our contact us section with any details you can provide regarding the pet(s) you’ll be traveling with, the size of property you are looking for, and your budget so we can send you a curated list of properties that are pet friendly.

We can sometimes be flexible on the arrival and departure times.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm CST and check-out is at 10:00 am CST.
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please submit your request for review and we will advise if this is an option. We do require an added fee for early check-ins or late check-outs that we can discuss once the request is submitted.

Upon booking, we will provide you with a link to the property guidebook. This will include the arrival information including the address of the property, the house manual, local recommendations, and departure information.
24-hours before your check-in, we will provide you with the keyless entry or lock box code to access the property as well as information regarding laundry access if applicable, trash/recycling information, wi-fi information, and any other pertinent information.

All of our furnished rentals include all utilities (water, heat, electric, and wi-fi) as well as lawn-care and snow removal. Linens are provided for your stay as well as pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and all other kitchen essentials for cooking.
