Keypad lock, private entry. Furnished rental client may park 1 vehicle in the lot behind the house in the space designated with a sign for unit 1– there are two other rental units in the property with short term tenants, so parking arrangements must be strictly followed.

This unit features comfortable furnishings, lawn/snow care provided, and in-unit free laundry. Utilities and WIFI are paid by the host and off-street parking for one vehicle is provided. This unit is ideal for two to four occupants.
